{"id":2567,"date":"2019-07-22T18:00:21","date_gmt":"2019-07-22T10:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fly19.net\/?p=2567"},"modified":"2019-07-22T18:00:21","modified_gmt":"2019-07-22T10:00:21","slug":"eurocontrol%e7%9a%84cdm%e6%97%b6%e9%97%b4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fly19.net\/?p=2567","title":{"rendered":"EUROCONTROL\u7684CDM\u65f6\u95f4"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u98de\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u8db3\uff0c\u4e0a\u4e2a\u6708\u9047\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u822a\u73ed\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u5f88\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u4e00\u4e0b\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u548cCDM\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bb0\u5f97\u8fd8\u662f\u9ad8\u4e2d\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u559c\u6b22\u7f16\u7a0b\u548cLinux\u3002\u90a3\u65f6\u77e5\u9053\u4e86KISS\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u201ckeep it simple and stupid\u201d\uff0c\u8f6f\u4ef6\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f97\u8d8a\u7b80\u5355\u8d8a\u597d\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u53ea\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u4fdd\u6301\u63a5\u53e3\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u548c\u7b80\u6d01\uff0c\u5c31\u65b9\u4fbf\u8ba9\u591a\u4e2a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8fde\u63a5\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u590d\u6742\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EUROCONTROL\u6709\u4e00\u672cATFCM USERS MANUAL\uff0c\u6587\u4e2d\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u62a5\u6587\u5904\u7406\u7684\u903b\u8f91\u3002\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u901a\u8baf\u534f\u8bae\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66\u3002\u4e66\u4e2d\u628a\u6211\u4eec\u5e73\u65f6\u7528\u7684FPL\u4e4b\u7c7b\u7684AFTN\u62a5\u6587\uff0c\u6269\u5c55\u6210\u4e86\u65b9\u4fbf\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u5904\u7406\u7684\u8bed\u53e5\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u6709\u201cTITLE\u201d\u5173\u952e\u5b57\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u822a\u73edFPL\u62a5\u5206\u914d\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2aID\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u65b9\u4fbf\u8ffd\u8e2a\u548c\u89e3\u6790\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u770b\u61c2\u51e0\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u5b57\uff1aACK\u3001REJ\u3001FLS\u3001SAM\u3001DES\u5c31\u80fd\u5927\u81f4\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u5957\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e3aFPL\u5206\u914dID\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e3b\u610f\u771f\u662f\u592a\u68d2\u4e86\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u5339\u914d\u822a\u73ed\u7684\u70e6\u607c\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u540e\u7eed\u7684DLY\u62a5\u6216CNL\u62a5\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u68c0\u67e5ID\u6765\u786e\u5b9aDLY\u6216CNL\u7684\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u6b63\u786e\u7684FPL\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53cd\u89c2\u56fd\u5185\uff0c\u7a7a\u7ba1\u7684CDM\u65f6\u95f4\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u5957\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u62a5\u6587\u63a5\u53e3\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6211\u73b0\u5728\u8fde\u8fd9\u5957CDM\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u516c\u5f00\u6587\u6863\u90fd\u6ca1\u770b\u5230\uff08\u4e5f\u8bb8\u6211\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u8c01\u6709\u6587\u6863\u7684\u8bf7\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e5f\u8bb8\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u4e00\u5411\u4e0d\u559c\u6b22\u592a\u7b80\u5355\u592a\u900f\u660e\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fly19.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Air-Traffic-Flow-Capacity-Management-Operations-ATFCM-USERS-MANUAL.pdf\">\u6587\u6863\u4e0b\u8f7d\uff1aAir Traffic Flow &amp;
