The absence of the symbol indicates that the 34:1 OCS is not clear or a Visual Segment-Obstacles note is indicated on the chart.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Visual Decent Point (VDP)<br>The Visual Descent Point (VDP), is shown by a bold letter \u201cV\u201d positioned above the procedure track and centered on the accompanying dashed line. (See example below.)
