Area Navigation (RNAV)<br \/>\n1. Random RNAV routes can only be approved in a radar environment. Factors that will be considered by ATC in approving random RNAV routes include the capability to provide radar monitoring and compatibility with traffic volume and flow. ATC will radar monitor each flight, however, navigation on the random RNAV route is the responsibility of the pilot.<br \/>\n2. Pilots of aircraft equipped with approved area navigation equipment may file for RNAV routes throughout the National Airspace System and may be filed for in accordance with the following procedures&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<br \/>\n(e) Define the random route by waypoints. File route description waypoints by using degree- distance fixes based on navigational aids which are appropriate for the altitude stratum.<br \/>\n3. Pilots of aircraft equipped with latitude\/longitude coordinate navigation capability, independent of VOR\/TACAN references, may file for random RNAV routes at and above FL 390 within the conterminous U.S. using the following procedures.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>1.Random RNAV\u822a\u8def\u53ea\u5728\u96f7\u8fbe\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.\u5bf9\u673a\u8f7d\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002(e)\u822a\u8def\u4e0a\u7684\u70b9\u7528degree-distance fixes based on navigational aids\u65b9\u6cd5\u8868\u793a\u3002(\u8be6\u89c1AC 20-138B\uff09<\/p>\n<p>3.\u5728FL390\u4ee5\u4e0a\u98de\u884c\u7684Random RNAV\u5fc5\u987b\u8981\u88c5\u5907latitude\/longitude\u5bfc\u822a\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f9d\u8d56VOR\/TACAN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AIM 5-1-8 d.
