{"id":474,"date":"2011-10-24T14:43:56","date_gmt":"2011-10-24T06:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fly19.net\/?p=474"},"modified":"2011-10-24T14:43:56","modified_gmt":"2011-10-24T06:43:56","slug":"metar%e7%9a%84state-of-the-runway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fly19.net\/?p=474","title":{"rendered":"METAR\u7684State of the runway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4eca\u5929\u57f9\u8bad\u8bf4\u5230\u6b27\u6d32\u7684METAR\u91cc\u8fd8\u6709State of the runway\u8fd9\u4e00\u9879\uff0c\u7528\u6765\u8868\u793a\u8dd1\u5230\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u72b6\u51b5\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u96ea\u60c5\u901a\u544a\u3002\u6211\u60f3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e1c\u897f\u4ee5\u524d\u6ca1\u542c\u8bf4\u8fc7\u5440\uff0c\u6211\u731c\u80af\u5b9a\u662f\u6b27\u6d32\u4eba\u95f2\u7740\u86cb\u75bc\u81ea\u5df1\u641e\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u683c\u5f0f\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u540e\u6765\u53d1\u73b0\u4e0d\u662f\u6b27\u6d32\u4eba\u86cb\u75bc\u7684\uff0c\u539f\u6765\u5728ICAO Annex 3\u91cc\u6709\u5efa\u8bae\u7684\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>4.8    Supplementary information<br \/>\n4.8.1.4    Recommendation.\u2014  In METAR and SPECI, the following information should be included in the<br \/>\nsupplementary information, in accordance with regional air navigation agreement:<br \/>\na) information on sea-surface temperature and the state of the sea from aeronautical meteorological stations<br \/>\nestablished on offshore structures in support of helicopter operations; and<br \/>\nb) <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">information on the state of the runway provided by the appropriate airport authority<\/span>.<br \/>\nNote 1.\u2014 The state of the sea is specified in WMO Publication No. 306, Manual on Codes, Volume I.1, Part A \u2014<br \/>\nAlphanumeric Codes, Code Table 3700.<br \/>\nNote 2.\u2014 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The state of the runway is specified in WMO Publication No. 306<\/span>, Manual on Codes, Volume I.1, Part A \u2014<br \/>\nAlphanumeric Codes, Code Tables 0366, 0519, 0919 and 1079.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>ICAO\u91cc\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u53bb\u627e\u4e86\u627eWMO Publication No.306:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>15.13.6 State of the runway (R Dr Dr Er Cr er er Br Br)&lt;&lt;\u5b57\u6bcd\u4e4b\u95f4\u5e94\u8be5\u6ca1\u7a7a\u683c\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u628a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5206\u5f00\u70b9\u770b\u5f97\u6e05\u3002<br \/>\n15.13.6.1 Subject to regional air navigation agreement, information on the state of the runway provided by the appropriate airport authority shall be included. The runway deposits Er, the extent of runway contamination Cr, the depth of deposit er er and the friction coef\ufb01cient\/braking action Br Br shall be indicated in accordance with <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">code tables 0919, 0519,1079 and 0366<\/span>, respectively.<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> The state of the runway group shall be replaced by the abbreviation SNOCLO when the aerodrome is closed due to extreme deposit of snow. If contaminations on a single runway or on all runways at an aerodrome have ceased to exist, this should be reported by replacing the last six digits of the group by CLRD<\/span>\/\/.<br \/>\nNOTE: Concerning runway designator Dr Dr, Regulation 15.7.3 applies.
